Stropro gives high net-worth individuals access to exclusive structured products through their online marketplace with portfolio performance tracking after purchase.

The scope of my engagement with Stropro included transforming their MVP through:
* Complete UI/UX overhaul of onboarding, marketplace & portfolio tracking.
* Hosting workshops with key stakeholders & designing new modules including external trade management and client portfolio tracking for financial advisors
* Project managing the development of all new enhancements with an overseas development team
When the team at Stropro initially approached us, all client onboarding was manual.
 There was confusion for new users as to what documents were required of them. It was not made clear that there is an approval process for their account.
Rethinking this essential first impression of the Stropro portal involved clearly communicating requirements for signup and staging out access to the portal relative to their account completion and approval for trading.
New investors were then placed into a tier categorisation with clear actions to advance their account status/approval displayed on the portal home screen.
Restricted states of marketplace and portfolio modules communicate what tier is required to gain complete access while also giving the user a sneak peak of the products/features on offer.
The original Stropro marketplace treated its product offerings as a jumble of data points which overwhelmed the user with its lack of structure or visual references.
Redesigning the purchase experience included categorising and branding the product offerings to make them clearly distinguishable. Catchy titles, high quality imagery and reduced data points accompanied each product on the marketplace.
Product detail screens where expanded upon to include simple graphics explaining the product features and lifecycle along with any supporting documents and news articles.
After improving upon existing functionality we turned our attention to creating new flows and features for financial advisors.
This included reimagining onboarding and adding additional tools for expanded portfolio tracking and client management.
The ability for financial advisors to add multiple clients, import their existing trade portfolio alongside Stropro purchases, track key events across multiple portfolios and alert clients to these events was a unique and enticing feature set for the industry.
